The greens are always great but the tee boxes and fairways have had a rough summer season. Over-seeding of fairways and tee boxes will hopefully help for the winter peak season. Recently purchased all new carts. Huge greens, bent grass, many undulations and normally fast. Excellent value and over 7000 yards from the tips.

This course varies in condition throughout the year but is in great shape this spring. The bent grass greens are great and the layout is quite nice allowing a fairly quick pace of play. This course is an hour from my house but worth the drive.
